    The recipient of this award has been with the band since 2019 and has been an active member of the committee for most of this time, including roles in the executive committee.
    She has continually shown her commitment to the band, giving 100% when behind the music stand. She is more than happy to assist those around her, even lending a lift to those who struggle to make it to rehersal or concert.
    She has spent many hours outside of rehearsals doing work for the band including creating flyers and posters, putting together newsletters, organising venues for concerts, promoting concerts, putting together raffles and organising the quiz night.
    This year on top of her role on the committee she has taken on many of the duties of the president when the president has been on maternity leave. In previous years she has been the president of the committee and also headed up the 50th anniversary celebration committee.
    A silent overachiever, she has never sought recognition for her work but her efforts have not gone unnoticed.
